About Manifest Digital LLC

Built to solve the compliance problem cannabis operators actually have.

Most distributors run on paper. Transfer manifests have to be physically present, signed by drivers, signed by receivers, and filed back into a compliance record.

Operators were printing PDFs, texting photos, and manually re-entering data into spreadsheets. Manifest Digital LLC was founded to change that.

We built ManifestD — an integrated compliance platform that digitizes the entire transfer workflow so licensed operators can focus on running their business instead of chasing documentation.

We are a software company. We do not operate, sell, or distribute cannabis. We build the compliance infrastructure that licensed operators use to stay compliant with state and METRC requirements.
