How do I create a new delivery?
▾
Click + New Delivery in the top right. Upload your METRC Transfer Manifest PDF first — ManifestD will automatically read and fill in the manifest number, entities, driver name, and dates. Review the parsed fields, confirm the direction (Incoming or Outgoing), then click Create & Get Link. You'll get a signing link to send to your driver.
How does driver signing work?
▾
After creating a delivery, copy the signing link and send it to your driver via text or email. The driver opens the link on their phone — no login needed. They can view the manifest PDF, initial as the driver, and the receiver signs at the destination. Once both signatures are captured, the manifest is automatically stamped and filed to Google Drive.
Where do signed manifests get filed?
▾
Signed manifests are automatically uploaded to your company's Google Drive folder in a structured path: Root → License → Direction → Year → Month → Entity. You can view the Drive link directly from any filed delivery in the dashboard. If a filing fails, it will appear in the super admin Failed Filings panel for manual retry.
The driver's signing link expired — what do I do?
▾
Open the delivery in the dashboard, click the ⋯ menu or the detail panel, and look for Reissue Link. This generates a fresh 30-day signing token. Send the new link to the driver. The original link will no longer work.
How do I void a delivery?
▾
Open the delivery detail panel and click Void Delivery. Voided deliveries are marked completed and removed from the active queue but are never deleted — they remain in your records. Note: filed deliveries cannot be voided. Contact support if you need to correct a filed manifest.
How do I import old paper manifests?
▾
Open Parse & Review in the sidebar and choose Import Historical. Upload a PDF or photo of the manifest — ManifestD runs OCR to extract the fields automatically. Review and correct any fields, then confirm. The manifest is saved to your records and filed to Drive in the correct historical folder. Batch import (up to 50 at once) is also available.
What is Packet Mode?
▾
Packet Mode merges your signed manifest and any attached invoices or documents into a single PDF before filing to Drive. Individual files are kept as backups. Enable it in Settings → Delivery Packet. If you also have Invoice Acknowledgment enabled, a signature page is appended when an invoice is attached.
How do I add team members or drivers?
▾
Go to Admin Panel → Users. Click Add User, enter their name, email, and a temporary password. Share those credentials with them — they can log in immediately. Drivers don't need accounts; they sign via the link you send them. Only admin users need dashboard access.
What does the direction (Incoming / Outgoing) mean?
▾
Outgoing means your company is sending the transfer — you are the originating entity. Incoming means your company is receiving — you are the destination. ManifestD auto-detects direction by matching the manifest's license numbers against your registered company licenses. You can always override it manually in the New Delivery form.
Why is a delivery stuck in "In Progress"?
▾
In Progress means the driver has signed but the receiver hasn't yet. Check with the destination — they may not have received the link. You can resend the link from the delivery detail panel. If the delivery was fully signed but still shows In Progress, contact support — there may be a signature processing issue.
